Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email, profile picture (if you sign in with Google), username, and country. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Your rooms: the photos you upload, the designs we create, and your brief (style, notes, budget).
• Purchases: order and payment IDs, amounts, dates and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, used for security and to prevent abuse.

• To create your designs, find matching products and keep your history.
• To run your account, credits, payments and refund requests.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your data, don't show ads, and don't use your photos to train AI models.

Only service providers that help us run decorly, and only what they need:

• Google: sign-in (if you choose "Continue with Google"), secure cloud hosting and storage, and Google Analytics for page visits.
• Razorpay: payment processing.
• AI and product-search providers: to create designs and find products. Product searches contain only descriptions of furniture, not your personal details.

Some providers may process data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose data when required by law.

• Your account, photos and designs are kept while your account is active so you can revisit your rooms.
• When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data and photos within 30 days.
• Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@decorly.studio.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, stored images are private and shared only through links that expire, and access to our systems is restricted.

We keep a sign-in token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising cookies. To understand which pages are visited, we may use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and receives the pages you view, but never your name, email or photos. Google's sign-in may also set its own cookies when you use it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

The Service isn't meant for anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
